Amaé Harmony – Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
All sessions are booked as a block of six and must be paid for in advance.
Payment can be made in full at the time of booking. Where needed, payment plans can be arranged via Klarna or PayPal Pay Later.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
- Sessions rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be moved to another available time
- Sessions cancelled, missed, or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
3. Missed Sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.
4. Location & Travel
Sessions are offered in Margate, online, and in other locations by arrangement.
Travel outside the local area may incur an additional fee depending on distance and time.
Sessions in London or further afield will be priced individually.
International bookings are available on request and will be subject to additional costs.
5. Nature of Services
Amaé Harmony provides emotional wellbeing support for children, parents and families.
These sessions do not replace medical or clinical support.
Clients are encouraged to continue working with their GP or relevant professionals where appropriate.
6. Responsibility
By booking sessions, you confirm that you understand the nature of the support being offered and take responsibility for your own (or your child’s) wellbeing.
7. Agreement
By booking and attending sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
